The David Consulting Group is based in Malvern, Pennsylvania, with additional locations in Pueblo, Colorado.

Our team is comprised of a full-time employees and independent consultants in order to best meet the needs of our clients worldwide.

Toni Crittenden has been a leader with the David Consulting Group for more than 10 years with experience in many of our key capabilities. She is a Certified Function Point Specialist (CFPS) with of 11+ years of experience providing analysis for many of our major clients. As project manager and account manager for our long term counting engagements she has been recognized for the extra value she provides.   She excels at ensuring timely deliverables while maintaining quality and consistency across teams from locations around the world.  This includes establishing new policies and procedures to accommodate the continuously changing world of software development.  Toni has taught many DCG classes in locations from the US to India, France and the Ukraine. As a long term member of the DCG family, her focus has always been to help our clients continuously improve their software development practices.

David Lambert is a Certified Function Point Specialist (CFPS) with 10 + years of Function Point Analysis experience, including 5 years as project manager working with major blue chip clients, and is experienced in delivering DCG’s IFPUG Functional Sizing Training Course in multiple locations in the US. He also has 5+ plus experience in project estimation using the SEER-SEM estimation tool. He is currently a member of IFPUG’s Functional Sizing Standards Committee (FSSC).
